These terms govern your use of the Matunda app and website. By creating an account you accept them.

The service

Matunda lets you follow, research and place orders on shares of African companies listed on European and other exchanges.

Your account

  • You must be of legal age in your country and provide accurate information.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password and your email account secure. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
  • We may verify your identity before allowing you to trade, and may suspend an account where the law or security requires it.

Investment risk

Investing in shares involves risk. The value of your investments can go down as well as up and you may lose some or all of the money you invest. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service: no unlawful activity, no attempt to bypass security, no automated access without our permission, no market manipulation.

Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time from the app once your balance is zero and you have no open position or pending order. We may close an account that breaches these terms or the law.
